You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
Hygiene Notice: Due to the intimate nature of our lingerie collection, these items must be returned with the hygiene seal intact. Items that show signs of wear or have been washed will not be accepted.
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team at service@gfavora.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and provide you with the return shipping instructions and address.
Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be authorized by our team first.
If the return is due to a faulty product or shipping error on our part, LaceHoney will cover the cost of return shipping.
For all other returns (such as change of mind, size preference, or style choice), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at service@gfavora.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
